He planted bombs all over the base and planned to blew it all up before his professor complete the final stage of the Fourth State of water. But before that, Twenty Faces and Chiko must defeat the 2 kids protecting him.

What a cliffhanger at the end of this episode fortunately ep 19 was released sooner than expected by Live-Evil. Finally we know Twenty Faces' background and what happened before and during the war. However, though the fight scenes was decent enough, I think Chiko has gotten weaker as if she didn't learn how to fight. Well, just me though, anyway, sorry if it was delayed. I've been experiencing the worst upload speed ever so hontou-ni gomen.
