Chiko finally figured out Twenty Faces' Legacy which he had hidden in the Eluard poem he thought her. It told of the three parameters needed to see the fourth state of water which Twenty Faces discovered but took with him so that his mentor won't try to do it because he figured it was dangerous and could take away many innocent lives. But Chiko now has no option but to tell the legacy or else her friend Koito will be killed.
