This episode marked the end of Miyabe's story. She was the Source and she was making people turn into a werewolf to get her hands on Noboru and later on Tooru. It turned that she was doing all the ruckus to make her father worried and come home for her which she hoped for. Also, it was revealed that her family was one of the major supporters of the Department of Custody.
