Here's a not so detailed step by step video encoding to rmvb.

To encode to real media you'll need the following:

Combined Community Codec Pack
RealMedia Producer

Installation:

1. Download and install the setup.
2. Use the keygen to generate serials for Real Media Producer and then go to Help->Product Registration. So you can use the program in full service.

Encoding:

Step 1:

Go to Edit, Audience templates. Click any template name to the left and change the settings so that they match these

Open the file you want to encode then go to settings and then to Show Audiences

There you go. Wait till it's done. Usually, a 24-min episodes lasts 30-40mins in encoding depending on your cpu's task performance speed. The resulted filesize is around 45-50mb. High quality enough but low filesize.
