Kimikiss Pure Rouge 02

Posted by Hana Piers on Saturday, August 30, 2008

Kazuki kept thinking about the kiss between him and Futami Eriko so the next morning, he asked Hiiragi for details regarding Eriko but all he knows was almost the same as to what Kazuki knows. Wanting to talk to Eriko, Kazuki searched around for her and finally found her on the rooftop. However, Futami brushed him off and told him their experiment were over even though Kazuki told him a kiss was not something to experiment and that he wanted to know Eriko more in the usual way.

Meanwhile, Mao and Kouichi were late in school that day after playing video games and talking about school stuff the night before.

After school, Mao saw Kai Eiji playing saxophone on the school ground and found out when she approached him that his dream was to become a musician. He was not planning to go into college that was why he didn't want to talk about exams. Mao, then, promised him that she wouldn't talk about it as she hadn't planned yet to take one either. So they were both in good terms from then on.

After that, Mao went to check up on Kazuki and Kouichi but Kouichi was talking to Yuumi, at that moment. So that night she forced Kouichi to tell her about Yuumi and if he had a progress already but Kouichi and Yuumi weren't even in the boyfriend-girlfriend stage yet. So Mao promised to help him and Yuumi get together.

Random Thoughts:

I've heard and read a lot of post that says they like Honey & Clover more than Kimikiss Pure Rouge cause that one is much better. And they keep saying like the animation is much better, the ending is much better...blah, blah, blah.I haven't yet watch Honey & Clover so I can't say anything about it being better than Kimikiss, but I think Kimikiss is really worth a watch. Although the story progressed quite slowly, which I think is not that bothering at all, it managed to bring us a satisfying plot and a decent ending. And I don't think the graphics is a big deal here. It fits the theme so far.
