Giving my personal opinion, I was really surprised. Who would have known someone precious said farewell in this episode. And Rolo did it. As a big fan of this anime, I couldn't get myself to be mad at him or hate him. He might just wanted to be Lelouch younger brother for real. And an old enemy suddenly became an ally. I can't tell if it's just an act or not but considering the fact that the Order's top priority was to capture C.C. then it might be.
